Oakland Exchange – located near Adair Park and Capitol View – is actually three projects in one and will be one of many new projects in Oakland City. The apartments here will be largely market – rate with approximately 20% affordable units.

Two of the buildings in the Oakland Exchange project (1088 and 1100 Murphy Ave.) are renovation projects. The 1088 building will be offices and 1100 will be loft apartments. This particular building(pictured here) at 1066 Murphy Ave. will be new – build apartments. Currently, Oakland Exchange is in design and will be slated for permitting by early 2023.
